A: Yes, an accident occurred at the hotel resulting in a fire that damaged a portion of the main building, all guests and staff were safe and no injuries reported. The impacted area is closed off and repairs underway. The front desk lobby and tower building were not impacted by the event and have remained open. Our hotel team has successfully continued operations and offered exceptional guest service. Please call with any concerns.

A: Front Desk is available 24/7. Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 11AM.

A: No. Effective April 1, 2023 the hotel will no longer offer hotel cruise shuttle service. Alternative local shuttle companies are available. Guest is responsible for making transportation arrangements. Shuttle service reservations are required.

A: Babe’s Beach is 1 mile from our property, Stewart’s Beach is 4.5 miles, and East Beach is 7.5 miles away.

A: We are approximately 5 miles from downtown.
Q: What is the closest commercial airport and do you provide shuttle service?
A: Houston Hobby is the closest airport to us. We do not provide shuttle service.
Q: Do you have an indoor or heated pool?
A: Outdoor pool available all year long to guests only.
Q: Do you allow pets or are pet-friendly?
A: No, but we will accept service animals. Companions have to abide by the rule and regulations set forth for the use of service animals.

A: No, all rooms, buildings, and entrances are non-smoking areas and there is a penalty charged for smoking in the guest rooms. There are smoking areas provided outside for anyone who wishes to smoke.

A: Yes, we work with groups of all sizes (minimum of 10+ rooms). The venue space can accommodate up to 40 guests with a total of 750 square feet.

A: Yes, we have a complimentary continental breakfast. Served daily from 6:30AM to 9:30AM.
Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
A: Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Q: Does the hotel charge incidental fees at check-in?
A: Yes, a credit card deposit of $50.00 is required at check-in. Deposit is refundable to credit card at check-out if no other charges apply.
